I nd a blank birth certificate & can't afford to get it thru vital statistics. It is all legit, but im poor

Birth certificates are rather inexpensive. Someplaces even give them for free, or at least a hospital version of a birth certificate. All authentic birth certificates come from the State where born; in many countries, it is a central, Federal process. At any rate, a birth certificate is worthless without the proper authentication, such as raised seals, proper rubber stamps, etc.

A blank one is easy, but illegal. Just zerox a real one, white out all the info, then zerox the "blank". But, definitely not a good idea, no matter how poor you are. And, as I said, it is not valid, not authentic, not legal.

Depending upon your exact status, contact the proper authorities and ASK for help.

Good luck.

I don't think that you can get a blank birth certificate, unless you get it on the Internet, just go on google and type in blank birth certificates, and see if anyone has it the Internet , otherwise your doomed !!!! Good luck. If you get a legal one from the BVS it doesn't cost much, (this is one that's filled in not blank) about twelve dollars, at least that's what it was the last time I got one !!!!!!!
Reply:Birth certificates are a legal document, issued by the state. No such animal as a BLANK certificate... it is TOTALLY required that it be completed/ filled in by the state, not an individual. They don't sell blank ones.

If you want something for decorative purposes, you MIGHT locate a template online somewhere.
Reply:If you need this for public assistance then they will waive the fee for a certified copy. No such document as a blank one though so your out of luck. Are you sure your not an illegal? :)
Reply:If the birth certificate isn't filed with the Bureau of Vital Statistics, it's not legitimate. Blank birth certificates are NOT available to the general public because of the risk of forgery and identity theft. There is no cost to filing a legitimate birth certificate. The cost comes when you use a fake one and the BICE catches you when you fill out an I-9.

If you need a copy of your birth certificate and can't afford one, contact the Clerk of the Court in the county where you were born and ask for a waiver of fee.
Reply:Your not that poor though are you, do these sound familiar, computer and on-line ? why don't you just buy one or beg one if must be but don't do any thing illegal .
Reply:If it is all legit, then you do not need a blank one. You need an official completed one from the Dept. of Vital Statistics. The fee is roughly $12. Anyone can afford that most likely. A 13 year old can even make that much mowing one person's yard for the extra money. If you really are so poor you can't come up with $12, then it isn't enough money to put anyone else in the poorhouse, so you may be able to borrow it from someone else.

If you really need a blank one, then I would be highly suspect that your motives are NOT legit, and so would the Dept. of Vital Statistics, which is why they do not provide blank ones.
