Vital stats required for a 150cm female...?
A good healthy weight range is 45-56 kgs. The reason for such a wide range of 25% is that there are many variables including muscle/fat ratio (since muscle weighs much more than fat); age; and body type. Your body mass indicator can be found here.http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmi-m.ht...

I think it important to just listen to your body. You already know how fit you are and that is your most vital statistic. Please take care of your body, its the only one you have. Your weight should never have an impact on what you are able to do although your height obviously will. I am only 152 cm and if you are interested I weigh 54 kgs, which is just in the healthy weight range but it an easy weight for me to maintain and I am 44 years young. If you don,t use your body to "move", as you age your body will pay for it.
