Reply:We need more information. As far I know, all birth records are kept in a state's Vital Statistics. Can you give some detail in what you mean about not be able to "find" it?





Did you go to the on-line site for the Arkansas Vital Statistics? They should have a link for how to order birth certificates. That's how I found mine in Virginia.
Reply:The county where you were born, should have it on file in the County Records Office. Try there.
Reply:I know up where I live in Michigan.. you can go to the County Courthouse.. whichever county the birth is registered at, talk to the person in charge of records, they will reproduce the certificate for you.
