Why am I being reported?

I aksed a question "Is the Census bureau and US vital statistics agency engaging in pseudoscience"?

Everything they do is because it was written into law. The Congressman don't even read the bills which are hundreds of pages long. The President then signs the bill as a stimulus package and then the government bureacrats enforce the law just for the sake of it and could care less where the grant money goes because they have no incentive to get accurate statistics.

Is it a troll who works for the census that reported me? All I was doing was asking a question pertaining "bureacracy and science" and I appeal and my appeal is rejected.

Why am I being reported?
its all about they dont like smart people and there trying to push you down and into doing nothing about it so you will give up and not git involved dont belive me go do something aboratious
Reply:Read the CG's about ranting. Just because you put a question mark at the end of something, it doesn't make it a question.
Reply:Clearly the actual question wasn't a serious question. Your issues with the Census bureau are, but I'm sure you didn't expect answers to the comment about pseudoscience. It appears it was purely sarcasm, and not a real question. Answers (yes or no), wouldn't have been beneficial to anyone else... or barely even to you for that matter. I think what you were looking for was a discussion about your view/comments, and discussion isn't permitted on this site. A perfectly reasonable thing to desire, but it's just not allowed on this site. Another forum maybe related to this topic might be a better place for a serious discussion.
